Your mission

  • Processing and entering customer orders carefully and accurately
  • Monitoring orders and coordinating with transport companies to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintaining and updating files, records, and databases regularly

Your profile

  • Currently studying administration, business, or a similar subject
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail with an independent way of working
  • Confident using Excel and other common IT tools
  • Enjoy working with people and collaborating within a team

Conditions

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Internship duration: 2 to 6 months (with the possibility of a longer internship)
  • Location: On-site in Aubagne – Alta Rocca Business Center
